Following the tracks of a maniacal killer only known as "The Phoenix," Jack Lorski and Karen Gijman turn up Missing: Since January. After recieving a CD-ROM from The Phoenix (who apparently creates a disc that will provide clips of what happened that will reveal where and who he/she is), it's up to you to solve all the puzzles to get each of the clips to solve the mystery and save your pals.
Combining a single-player game with Internet sites pre-made to help you solve the kidnapping puzzle and emails that are sent to you as you advance through the game, this title takes the gaming industry into a new arena of interesting and gripping games that invade your sense of reality. Solving puzzles that are sometimes fun and sometimes agonizing, Missing: Since January would be very little without the enormous amount of well acted/filmed Quicktime cinematics that move the story along. A game that GPF's Ivan Baird recommends to adventure gaming fans, listen in as he goes into great detail about Missing: Since January.
